The Sterling Eco-Luxury is a 100% natural Talalay latex mattress built for sleepers who want personalized support, a cooler night's rest, and a bed that adapts to them — not the other way around. What's Inside: 6 Layers, Infinite Comfort Combinations

Every layer of foam in this mattress is split lengthwise into a left half and a right half. Each sleeper configures their own side independently — just by reorienting the layers:

• 6" Talalay Latex Core (split): 34–38 ILD — the foundation of support. One half per sleeper.
• 3" Firm Talalay Latex Layer (split): 29–32 ILD — deep spinal support, durable and responsive
• 3" Soft Talalay Latex Layer (split): 18–22 ILD — gentle pressure relief, cloud-like feel

Stack your side soft-on-top for a plush feel, or flip it firm-on-top for more support. Change it any time — no tools, no service call, no new mattress.

Optional upgrade: Substitute the 3" Soft Latex layer with 3" Soft Memory Foam on either or both sides for a contouring, motion-absorbing alternative (available at an upcharge).

Your Cover, Your Choice — YKK Zipper System

Like all Sterling mattresses, the Eco-Luxury uses a precision YKK matched zipper system for easy access to your comfort layers at any time. Three cover options are available:

• Plush Top: Quilted, aloe vera-treated zip-on cover — soft and breathable, ideal for side sleepers
• Pillow Top: Quilted, aloe vera-treated zip-on cover with extra-plush cushioning for deeper pressure relief
• Stretch Cover: A thin, non-quilted fabric cover that holds the mattress system together. Because it adds no quilting layer, the bed feels slightly firmer — letting the latex do all the work. The only cover in our lineup that is fully machine washable.

Euro Gusset Upgrade (optional): Adds a 3" zippered compartment above the main cover — holds two additional 3" Talalay latex layers (one per side) for even more customization. Bed Frame & Foundation Requirements
