Product Returns
If you wish to return your part or all of your order:

Unopened products may be returned within the first 30 days for a refund of the purchase price of the product. The product must be in its original condition with its original packaging, manual, accessories etc. An RMA is required for all returns. Please call 714-891-3191 or contact Customer Service through the chat service or e-mail Sales@sterlingsleep.com for an RMA or if you have questions. A 15% restocking fee will apply.
There will be no refund on shipping charges. While most items on our site include free ground shipping, If you ARE charged a shipping fee, this amount will also be deducted from your refund.
Defective or misshipped items will be handled on a case by case basis. If you think you have received the wrong product, or if you believe the item to be defective, please contact us immediately at 714-891-3191. On most items, once the package has been opened, and/or used, we will not be able to issue a refund and the normal product warranty applies. Please refer to the warranty page for more details
