This if the bottom or bucket of the cover system only.

It's the bottom and exterior side border panels of Belgium Damask, that allows you to zip on any Sterling Sleep Systems mattress top for your Sterling Imperial, Hospitality, or Softside waterbed.. The zipper starts at the head of the bed.  The bucket contains small holes in the bottom to allow for installation of a waterbed heater. 

If you're needing the quilted cover, waterbed safety liner, or the 4 foam rails that make up the inside of your mattress, please note that these are not included.
