Mattress purchases are eligible for a 30 (thirty) day return policy that allow you to return your mattress within 30 (thirty) days from the date of purchase, subject to the following terms and conditions:
Eligibility:
To be eligible for a return, the mattress must be in its original condition, free from any damages, blemish, stains, or signs of excessive wear and tear, including environmental or improper use damage, including mold, water, or urine due to the misuse of the product will void return eligibility.
Return Process:
To initiate a return, you must initiate the return policy within 30 (thirty) days of purchase. Please contact Sterling Sleep via phone at (888) 281-2817 or email at sales@sterlingsleep.com. Sterling Sleep will provide you with a return authorization number and issue you a return shipping label. RETURN SHIPPING FEES ARE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR ORIGINAL PURCHASE.
Inspection and Refund Process:
Upon receipt of the returned mattress at our facility, it will undergo an inspection to ensure it meets the return policy criteria. If the mattress is in acceptable condition, we will proceed with the refund deducting the return shipping fee. It is our policy to process refunds to your original payment method.
